The excitement for the 2024 European Football Championship (June 14 to July 14) is growing - also in Iserlohn. There are still around four weeks to go until the Italian national team arrives and sets up its team base camp in the Waldstadt with the Hotel VierJahreszeiten and the Hemberg Stadium. Just one day after the Squadra Azzurra's arrival, a public training session is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, starting at 4:30 pm. Admission is from 3 pm. A maximum of 4,000 spectators will be able to attend. This means that one of the largest public training sessions of the entire European Championship will take place in Iserlohn. Tickets for the public training session are free of charge.

The city of Iserlohn will allocate part of its ticket contingent (2,800 tickets) to clubs, schools and volunteers. However, tickets will also be available for all other interested soccer fans. Anyone interested must send an e-mail to em2024@iserlohn.de by May 29 at the latest. In addition to the sender's e-mail address, the application must also include the full name, address and telephone number. A maximum of two tickets will be allocated per person. If the demand is greater than the ticket quota, the decision will be made by drawing lots. Ticket holders will be informed by e-mail where they can collect their tickets later. They will need to show identification when collecting their tickets.

The City of Iserlohn would like to point out that there will be no free parking spaces available at the Hemberg Stadium! Visitors to the public training session are requested to use the P&R parking lot at Hemberg (Baarstraße / corner of Hembergstraße).
