Participation is exclusively subject to the following conditions of participation.
- The organizer of the competition is: Stadtmarketing Iserlohn, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 58644 Iserlohn.
- All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each participant can only take part in the competition once. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation in the competition is dependent on the complete fulfillment of the task described in more detail within the competition.
- To take part in the competition, it is necessary to truthfully complete the personal data on the competition card. Participation in the competition takes place by handing in the completed competition card at the City Information Office at the train station, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 58644 Iserlohn or at the Waldstadtlabor, Nordengraben 10, 58636 Iserlohn.
Competition cards with incorrect, false or misleading information, multiple entries for the European champion to be predicted or incomplete entries cannot be considered.
Employees of the Iserlohn City Marketing and Sports Department are excluded from the competition!
- Closing date for entries is 13.06.2024! Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the prize draw.
- The following prizes will be awarded:
1st place: WALD I STADT I GUTSCHEIN in the amount of €100
2nd place: WALD I STADT I GUTSCHEIN in the amount of € 50
3rd place: WALD I STADT I VOUCHER in the amount of € 25
- The winners will be drawn at random at the end of July. Only those participants who have correctly predicted the European Champion 2024 will be entered into the draw.
The winners will be notified by email or post and must collect their winnings from the City Information Office at the train station, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 58644 Iserlohn, within three weeks of the announcement. Cash payment of the prize and transfer to third parties are not possible.
- Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Data protection
The following personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition: First and last name, address and e-mail address.
The participants' data will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the prize draw, to check compliance with the conditions of participation and to notify the winner. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for data processing is consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR, which participants declare by taking part in this competition. All data will be deleted at the end of the competition.
Participants' consent to the use of their data can be revoked at any time. The revocation must be addressed to the organizer. In addition, there is the right to complain about the processing of data to the competent supervisory authority.
Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant's personal data that has been collected and stored will be deleted immediately. Participation in the competition is then no longer possible.
